1. General Terms
Our products are primarily for B2B wholesale and custom orders. We generally do not accept returns for "change of mind" or non-quality related issues once the order has been confirmed and produced.
2. Quality Issues & Inspection

Inspection Period: Customers must inspect the goods within 10 days of receipt.

If the goods do not match the approved pre-production samples or show manufacturing defects, we will negotiate on your behalf with the production line.
3. Custom (OEM/ODM) Orders
Please note that custom-made items (including custom colors, logos, or designs) are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a significant manufacturing defect that deviates from the approved pre-production sample.
4. Shipping Damage
If the packaging is visibly damaged upon arrival, please take photos immediately and contact the carrier. We are not responsible for damages caused during transit under EXW or FOB terms.
